    • What are your delivery costs?


      Standard delivery
      for UK mainland:

      Orders under £10 - £1.95

      Orders between £10 and £75 - £3.95

      FREE for orders over £75

      This is for UK Royal Mail First Class post or 24 hour courier for larger items.

      Please note that at our discretion, we may use Royal Mail Signed For as this is a premium service and ensures safe delivery of your goods.

      Express Delivery for UK Mainland

      If you require your order urgently and you are on the UK mainland, you may opt for Express Delivery which costs £6.95.  

      Subject to stock availability, orders placed by 12noon will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery, via Royal Mail Special Delivery or 24 hour courier.  

      Please note that Special Delivery orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday and orders placed after 12noon on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

      Please note some remote areas of the Highlands etc may take an extra day for delivery.

      EU Delivery

      We are able to post many items to the EU and the charge is £6.95 per 2kg parcel - the maximum parcel size accepted by Royal Mail Airmail is 2kg.  If you order does not fit into one 2kg parcel, we will contact you for further instructions.
       

    • How long does delivery take?


      We aim to dispatch order to you as quickly as possible - if you order and pay by 11am, we will normally post your order to you the same day, using
      Royal Mail First Class post (or Special Delivery if you have opted for our Express Service).  The only exception is if we are out of stock of an item.

      We aim to only display items which we have in stock, though occasionally stocks sell faster than we anticipate.  We will place any out of stock items on backorder and send them to you as quickly as possible. You will not be charged any extra postage for this.

      Items can only be dispatched on receipt of payment; in the case of payment by way of a cheque, we will post on clearance.

    • I haven't received my parcel
      We are sorry if your parcel has been delayed - we do dispatch parcels as quickly as possible but sometimes a delay can happen.

      If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving notification that your parcel has been dispatched, please contact us so that we can investigate. 

      Often parcels are held at local sorting offices so it is worth calling them to see if your parcel is there.

      If you do not notify us within this timeframe or fail to respond to any Royal Mail or courier cards left at your address within 5 days your parcel may be returned to us. In this circumstance we can only resend your parcel upon payment of an additional postage charge, up to a maximum of £3.95.

    • How do you pack your parcels?
      We securely pack all our parcels using, whereever possible, recycled packaging so you may find that your order arrives in a box that has already been used.
