Expressing Breast Milk

Expressing breast milk can feel a bit daunting at first for a nursing mother. With the right breastfeeding advice and a breast pump that suits your needs, expressing breast milk isn't as complicated as it may seem at first. 

Expressing breast milk will allow someone else to feed your baby while you need to be away from your baby. It will also allow you to continue breastfeeding after you go back to work.

In this section, you will find manual breast pumps and electric breast pumps, everything you need for breast milk storage and to feed your baby expressed breast milk. We reccomend that you need to cup feed your baby to avoid nipple confusion and allow you to breastfeed your baby as long as you wish.
