Our aim is to make life as easy as possible for you and your shopping experience pleasurable. If your question is not answered below, please e-mail us and we will do our best to help you. By using this site or placing an order, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
For your security and peace of mind, on-line credit and debit card payments are processed by PayPal or GoogleCheckout and at no time do we have access to your credit card details.
If you prefer, you can telephone us on 01392 207243 to provide us with your card details.
Ordering
Our store departments are listed in the left hand menu, use them to browse our store. To place an order, simply specify the relevant size/colour and quantity required and click on the "Buy Now" button. You will then be directed to our shopping cart facility.
If you would like to view your current order at any time, simply click on the "Your Basket" link at the top of every page. This will also allow you to amend your order, before proceeding to checkout.
You will be contacted by email with full details of your order.
If you prefer, you may place your order by telephone and give your credit card details at that time or send a cheque (sterling only) for the amount due.
No contract for the sale of any products on our site will exist until your order is accepted by us dispatching the goods to you and by us sending you an email to confirm the existence of this contract.
If we discover that an error has been made in the listing of an item on our site, including but not limited to the the description or price of an item, we will inform you and will discuss the situation with you. We are not obliged to complete the order and you will be given the option to re-order the item with the correct price / description.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch order to you as quickly as possible - if you order and pay by 11am, we will normally post your order to you the same day, using Royal Mail First Class post or an Express Delivery Service. The only exception is if we are out of stock of an item.

Postage
Our standard postage rate for UK mainland is:
Orders under ﾣ10 - ﾣ1.95
Orders between ﾣ10 and ﾣ75 - ﾣ3.95
FREE for orders over ﾣ75
This is for UK Royal Mail First Class post or 24 hour courier for larger items.
If you require your order urgently and you are on the UK mainland, you may opt for Express Delivery which costs 6.95. Subject to stock availability, orders placed by 12noon will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery, via Royal Mail Special Delivery or 24 hour courier. Please note that Special Delivery orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday and orders placed after 12noon on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.
We are able to post many items to the EU and the charge is 6.95 per 2kg parcel - the maximum parcel size accepted by Royal Mail Airmail is 2kg. If you order does not fit into one 2kg parcel, we will contact you for further instructions.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with our products and we offer a 30 day guarantee; please advise us as soon as possible if you are not fully satisfied with your order.
